T&A Tours is happy to provide you with our program of Motorcoach and Air tours. Exciting new one day tours and overnight vacations have been carefully organized with excellent hotels, meals and itinerary planning so you can enjoy an outstanding tour. Whether you book individual reservations or a group with us be assured we will provide you with individual attention and quality service. Groups or Individuals

Whether you are traveling alone or organizing a group we welcome you aboard our tour. If you would like to organize a tour for your organization, school, club or just a group of friends, we will be happy to provide customized itineraries for you and help you fill your coach.

Tour Information

*Prices quoted are per person and include hotel accommodations, meals and sightseeing as indicated in the itinerary, all land and sea transportation as specified in the itinerary, baggage handling as outlined within, gratuities to bellmen and chambermaids as well as for meals that are included in the tour price. GRATUITIES NOT INCLUDED: Customary gratuity to drivers, guides, escorts are not included in the tour price. Such gratuities should be extended on a voluntary, individual basis.

A DEPOSIT must be received within 7 days of making your reservations: Deposit for motorcoach tours:

One Day Tour: Full payment; 2- 3 days: $50.00 per person; 4-6 days: $75.00 per person; 7 days or longer: $100.00 Air Tours: $100.00 per person

One Day Tours: Surcharge of $3.00 per person on credit card charges.

Final Payments

FINAL PAYMENTS must be received in the T & A office no later than 45 days prior to departure. TOUR PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE. No Smoking is allowed on the coach. Frequent stops are made for your convenience.

Trip Cancellation Protection Option

TRIP CANCELLATION PROTECTION OPTION: The purchase of the Cancellation & Unused Services Protection Option will protect you from cancellation penalties should you need to cancel your reservations for a covered reason. Cost structure as follows: 1 day tours: $8.00 per person; Broadway Show trips: $13.00 per person; Overnight tours range in price from $20.00 (2days), $30.00 (3 days) $35.00 (4 days) per person. Longer motorcoach and Air Tours: Call for rate structure. Your travel professional will specify details when making reservations. Without the Trip Cancellation Protection Waiver, cancellations will result in the loss of deposit or entire payment.

Responsibility

PRICES QUOTED: Prices quoted are per person and include hotel accommodations, meals and sightseeing as indicated in the itinerary, all land and sea transportation as specified in the itinerary, baggage handling, gratuities to bellmen, chambermaids and for meals that are included in the tour price.   
PAYMENTS:  Payments may be made by check, money order or Mastercard, Visa or Discover. (Handling charge of $5  per transaction on day trips applies when using a credit card)  Please make checks payable to T & A Tours, LLC.
GRATUITIES NOT INCLUDED: Customary gratuities to drivers, guides, and escorts are not included in tour price.  Such gratuities are customary in the tour industry and should be extended on a voluntary, individual basis.  You will be provided with a gratuity envelope either with your tour documents or on the day of the trip.   
DEPOSIT: Deposit is due within seven (7) days of making your reservation.  
DEPOSIT FOR MOTORCOACH TOURS:  1 Day Tours:  $35 per person;  2– 3 days:  $50 per person  4-6 days: $75 per person  7 days or longer:  $100 per person      
DEPOSIT FOR AIR TOURS:  Your reservationist will provide details on deposit and final payments.    
FINAL PAYMENTS: Final payments are due 45 days prior to departure.  
GIFT CERTIFICATES:  Customized gift certificates are available in any amount at no charge.  
TRIP CANCELLATION INSURANCE:  Motorcoach—1 day: $10;  Broadway trips: $12; 2 day tours: $15; 3 day tours:  $26;  4 day tours: $30 to  $35;
Longer motorcoach and air tours:  Call for rate structure. 
TRIP CANCELLATION INSURANCE PROTECTS YOUR PAYMENTS IF YOU HAVE TO CANCEL FOR ANY HEALTH RELATED REASONS.  WITHOUT INSURANCE, THERE WILL BE A CANCELLATION FEE REGARDLESS OF THE TIME OF CANCELATION.  WE STRONGLY ENCOURAGE INSURANCE.    
TRAVEL DOCUMENTS:  If you are traveling outside the  United States a passport is required. Air tours require a government issued photo ID upon check in.   SMOKING:  No Smoking is allowed on the coach at anytime. Frequent stops are made for your convenience.    
SEATING: On all T & A Tours, seats are assigned on the coach as first come first serve.  If you have a medical reason and cannot sit toward the back of the coach, please state this when you make your reservations.  Seating cannot be changed after travel documents have been issued to passengers.     
RESPONSIBILITY: T & A Tours, LLC and its agents act only in the capacity of an agent for its passengers in matters relating to transportation, hotel accommodations and/or features of its tours entrusted to any person or company and holds itself free from all responsibility from whatever cause. It reserves the right to change  arrangements should situations necessitate, offering substitutions of equal value; to cancel the operation and/or decline to book or retain any person(s) on its tours making full or equitable refunds. The right is reserved to cancel or alter any tour due to lack of patronage.  In the event a tour is canceled or altered a full or equitable amount will be refunded. 
T & A Tours is not responsible for what is classified as acts of God—hurricanes, tornadoes, snowstorms, etc. that interrupt  or cancel motorcoach tours.  The right is reserved to amend the itinerary advertised whenever transportation schedules or other factors make this advisable or necessary.   

Travel Identification Documents

TRAVEL IDENTIFICATION DOCUMENTS: Department of Transportation now requires all air passengers to present a government issued photo I.D. upon check- in. In order to enter and leave Canada all passengers must present a passport,. Prior to booking foreigners must contact both the American and Canadian Immigration authorities to determine current visa requirements for entry into Canada and re-entry into the United States. T & A Tours is not responsible for any individuals not having proper identification.

Departures

North Haven, Milford, Stratford, Fairfield and Westport. Additional departures from Farmington, Cromwell, Waterbury, Ansonia, Bridgeport, Darien, Meriden, New London and Norwich on some tours. Departure locations may vary on some tours. Please inquire of schedule.
