By making a deposit for your tour you accept all the following terms and conditions in this brochure and on our website.

Covid Guidelines:
By signing up for this tour, passenger acknowledges the contagious nature of COVID-19 or its variants and voluntarily assumes the risk they may be exposed to or infected by COVID-19 or its variants by participating in the trips sponsored by T & A Tours, LLC. Passengers understand that the risk of becoming infected by COVID-19 or its variants may result from the actions, omissions, or negligence of themselves and/or others. They agree that having considered these risks, they desire to participate in the tour and freely and voluntarily assume complete personal responsibility.

PRICES QUOTED: Prices quoted are per person and include hotel accommodations, meals and sightseeing as indicated in the itinerary, all land and sea transportation as specified in the itinerary, baggage handling, gratuities to bellmen, housekeeping and for meals that are included in the tour price.

Payments may be made by check, money order or Mastercard, Visa, Discover or American Express.

DEPOSIT FOR MOTORCOACH TOURS: See details at the bottom of the page description for each trip.

FINAL PAYMENTS: Full payment for One Day Tours. Multi-day tours, please see deposit schedule on the individual tour page..

GRATUITIES NOT INCLUDED: Customary gratuities to drivers, guides, and escorts are not included in tour price. Such gratuities are customary in the tour industry and should be extended on a voluntary, individual basis. You will be provided with a gratuity envelope either with your tour documents or on the day of the trip.

TRIP CANCELLATION WAIVER: See details at the bottom of the page description for each trip. Please note cost of waiver is non-refundable.

CANCELLATION CHARGES WITH NO INSURANCE: See details at the bottom of the page description for each trip.

TRAVEL DOCUMENTS: Travel documents are mailed 14 days prior to departure verifying place and time of departure. Documents will include baggage tag (overnight tours), itinerary, boarding pass and airline ticket (when applicable). Please check your documents carefully upon receipt.

PASSPORT & IDENTIFICATION: If you are traveling outside the United States including Canada, a passport is required. Air tours also require a government issued photo ID upon check in. Beginning October 1, 2020, any adult 18 years and older must have the new REAL ID or a Passport to travel via air within the United States. Please contact your local Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) for more information regarding a REAL ID.

ACCESSIBILITY: Please provide us with advance notification of special needs including equipment such as motorized scooters. Some attractions may not be accessible and it is the customer’s responsibility to advise T & A Tours of any needs. Persons who have a disability or condition must be self-sufficient or travel with a companion who will provide all needed assistance. T & A Tours cannot provide special individual assistance for tour members with specials needs for walking, dining or any other activity.

SMOKING: T & A Tours has a no smoking policy on all tours.

SEATING: On all T & A Tours, seats are assigned on the coach as first come, first serve. If you have a valid medical reason, exceptions will be made on an individual basis. Please state this when making your reservation. Seating cannot be changed after travel documents have been issued to passengers.

RESPONSIBILITY: T & A Tours, LLC acts solely as an agent in arranging restaurants, hotel accommodations, attractions and other services. T & A Tours does not assume any liability for injury, delay, damage, loss or accident due to any act, negligence or default of any person or company rendering services on any tour. It reserves the right to change arrangements should situations necessitate, offering substitutions of equal value; to cancel the operation and/or decline to book or retain any person(s) on its tours making full or equitable refunds. The right is reserved to cancel or alter any tour due to lack of patronage in which a full or equitable refund will be returned. T & A Tours is not responsible for hurricanes, tornadoes, earthquakes, snowstorms, or any other weather related events that interrupt, postpone or cancel motorcoach or air tours. Events such as balloon launchings and other weather related sensitive events are subject to change based on weather conditions and are not the responsibility of T & A Tours. The right is reserved to amend the itinerary advertised or date of departure whenever transportation schedules or other factors make this necessary as determined by T & A Tours. Participants who cancel in these situations are liable for cancellation fees incurred. If T & A Tours cancels or discontinues your trip for reasons of safety including the threat of terrorism, acts of God, etc., T & A Tours reserves the right to issue a credit for a future T & A vacation in lieu of a money back refund.

BAGGAGE: Each tour participant is allowed one piece of luggage plus one carry-on-bag that can fit under your seat or in the overhead compartments above your seat. T & A Tours is not responsible for loss, damage or theft of personal luggage. Some airlines may impose a baggage charge in addition to the cost of the ticket. .

PARKING: T & A Tours does not own, operate or manage pick up locations and is not responsible for vehicles.
